Right of withdrawal
Applies to Struct Premium purchases on the website (payment via Stripe). Purchases in the iOS or Android app are made with Apple or Google and follow their terms. Request refunds for those from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Simon Wachowitz, Rostocker Straße 15, 63322 Rödermark, struct.today@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that a subscription begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry
For a one time purchase (Lifetime), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we unlock Premium, after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. For a subscription, it expires once the service has been fully provided and you agreed to the immediate start.
Cancelling a subscription
A subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period, via “Cancel contracts here” at struct.today/kuendigen (no login needed) or by email to struct.today@gmail.com. Cancel subscriptions bought in the app in the Apple or Google Play subscription settings.
