Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Struct on struct.today and in the iOS and Android apps. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Provider
Simon Wachowitz, Rostocker Straße 15, 63322 Rödermark, Germany, struct.today@gmail.com.
2. What Struct offers
Struct is a digital planner for university and school, with modules, grades, timetable, tasks, study plan, flashcards, focus timer, community and AI features among others. The basic features are free, Struct Premium extends limits and features. We keep developing Struct and may change features as long as what you paid for with Premium essentially stays available. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, for example during maintenance or outages at service providers.
3. Your account
Provide accurate details when signing up and keep your login secret. An account is for you personally. If you are a minor, you need your parents' consent for purchases. You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
4. Your content
What you create or upload in Struct stays yours. You only allow us to store it, sync it between your devices, show it to you and process it for features you start yourself, such as sharing with friends or an AI analysis. Only upload content you are allowed to use. You are responsible for third party material such as lecture slides.
5. Community and conduct
Everything others can see (display name, profile picture, shared content, ideas, leaderboard) falls under the community rules. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report and block content and people. In case of violations we may remove content, restrict features or suspend the account as described in the community rules. Do not try to disrupt Struct, bypass security measures or usage limits, or scrape Struct automatically.
6. AI features
Study notes, flashcards, mock exams, study plans and other AI results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check them before relying on them. They do not replace official material from your university or school. Usage limits and waiting times keep the AI available for everyone.
7. Struct Premium
You see price and duration before buying. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one time payment and applies for as long as Struct is operated. Free Premium periods, for example as a reward, end on their own and cost nothing. Purchase on the website: payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel via “Cancel contracts here”, your right of withdrawal is set out in the withdrawal notice. Purchase in the app: payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Manage subscriptions in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. For App Store purchases, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) applies in addition.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation we are only liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. We back up data regularly. Still keep important material, for example for exams, in a copy of your own.
9. End of use
You can stop using Struct and delete your account at any time. We may end free use with reasonable notice, and immediately for serious violations. If we end a paid Premium without fault on your part, we refund the unused portion.
10. Changes and law
We announce changes to these terms in good time in the app or by email. Changes that put you at a significant disadvantage only apply with your consent. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
